Communications Officer at Lumenus

Elevate internal and external communications as a Communications Officer r strategic messaging will enhance employee engagement and brand visibility across the organization.

In this full-time role, you will lead communication strategies that support change management and organizational alignment for over 500 employees. You'll utilize your expertise in content creation, stakeholder engagement, and event planning to drive communication efforts. Proficiency in digital tools and strong writing skills are key to ensuring effective messaging and alignment with Lumenus' brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication plans for organizational change

• Collaborate with leadership to draft internal messages

• Create engaging content for internal platforms

• Plan and execute employee engagement events

• Gather employee feedback to improve communication effectiveness

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma relevant to communications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Strong writing and content creation skills

• Experience with social media and event planning

• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
