This role at The MRG Group requires a Lead Graphic Designer to transform creative visions into reality. You will take charge of brand identity while supporting junior designers and managing high-volume projects. With a background in entertainment and hospitality, you will design impactful visuals that resonate with audiences, all while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead brand creative for MRG’s concerts, media, and venues

• Evolve brand guidelines and ensure design consistency

• Create event collateral and digital content across platforms

• Develop marketing websites in partnership with web teams

• Convert briefs into impactful creative solutions

Requirements:

• 4+ years of graphic design experience required

• Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

• Experienced with Webflow and Word Press

• Strong design foundation including typography and layout

• Project management skills for multi-deadline environments
