Position: MDPI Bilingual Editorial Assistant
Join MDPI Canada as a Bilingual Editorial Assistant in Toronto and contribute to academic research publishing. This full-time role requires fluency in both Spanish and English to help manage the editorial workflow.

Seeking recent graduates committed to scientific publishing, this entry-level role is foundational for gaining experience in the editorial field. Candidates will actively participate in the peer review and editing processes for journal submissions in a supportive team environment and under skilled mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the editorial processes for academic journals

• Oversee the organization of peer reviews and editorial consensus

• Facilitate email correspondence relevant to publishing

• Collaborate with both editorial and production staff

• Edit and ensure the accurate publishing of articles under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Experience in peer-reviewed academic publication

• Relevant Master’s degree is preferred

• Proficient in both Spanish and English

• Strong skills in MS Office applications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
