Position: Senior Producer for CBC Olympic Content
Drive the creation of Olympic and Paralympic content at CBC Radio-Canada as a Senior Producer. This leadership role emphasizes timely delivery and creative collaboration.

Serving as Senior Producer, you'll form a key part of the CBC Sports team, responsible for feature production and partnership content. Your experience in managing complex projects will enable you to lead a talented team and coordinate effectively with stakeholders. Knowledge of Olympic broadcasting standards is vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative content concepts with creators

• Collaborate on financial and production planning

• Direct and supervise production staff efficiently

• Monitor performance and quality during production

• Control budgets and resource allocation throughout

Requirements:

• Seven years of industry experience and three in broadcasting

• Multi-sport games experience as a Producer

• Demonstrated fiscal responsibility in project management

• Strong ability to work under tight deadlines

• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
