Lead innovative design projects as a Creative Director at Tendril in Toronto, Canada. This hybrid role emphasizes visual storytelling and complex animation across diverse mediums.
Tendril is seeking a Creative Director to elevate its design and animation projects through hands-on leadership. You'll direct workflows and inspire an international team while crafting creative solutions for client needs. Your ability to mentor and facilitate knowledge transfer will enrich our collaborative environment and nurture future leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct productions and uphold high creative standards
• Communicate vision clearly using Slack, Frame.io, and Figma
• Create project assets and mentor the creative team
• Lead client-facing presentations with dynamic engagement
• Develop unique ideas within budgetary constraints
Requirements:
• Proven experience in leading high-level animation projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Expert knowledge of Maya, Houdini, C4D
• Familiarity with current design and animation trends
• Engagement in the animation community
