Zensurance values ownership and collaboration, seeking a Senior UX Designer with expertise in Fintech or Insurtech. You will own the design process, apply analytics for data-driven iteration, and work alongside diverse teams to enhance product usability.
Your role will also include mentoring other designers and evolving our internal design system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead user research and design strategy development
• Simplify complex processes into clear user journeys
• Utilize analytics and A/B testing for design validation
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads
• Contribute to and advocate for design system consistency
Requirements:
• 5+ years in UX/Product Design expertise
• Portfolio showcasing complex user flows
• Mastery of Figma and design tools
• Strong strategic and communication skills
• Ability to mentor junior designers
