Job Description
The Concierge is the face of the community and the primary point of contact for residents. It plays a vital role in shaping a positive resident experience by developing meaningful relationships, anticipating needs, and delivering outstanding service. The role exercises deep knowledge of the community - both inside and out - making them the go-to expert for all resident-related inquiries.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Service
Foster a strong sense of community by enhancing the overall resident experience.
Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, feedback, concerns, and complaints in-person, via phone, email, or chat.
Uphold and exemplify Tricon’s Standards of Excellence in all resident interactions.
Operate with integrity and consistently support Tricon’s core values.
Resident Engagement
Build lasting relationships with residents to anticipate and fulfill service requests.
Maintain discretion and protect resident privacy and the reputation of the organization.
Actively seek resident feedback and provide recommendations to leadership to improve services.
Promote and support community initiatives, services, and resident engagement programs.
Serve as a welcoming and secure first point of contact, controlling building access and monitoring CCTV and emergency systems.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of resident move-ins and move-outs and prepare related communications and notifications.
Qualifications:
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Culturally aware and adept at working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Technologically proficient and able to become a subject matter expert on internal systems, including parcel management, security, and property management applications.
Professional in appearance and demeanor; adheres to Tricon’s uniform policy and grooming standards.
Minimum Requirements:
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or multi-residential living environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Physically able to sit for extended periods, walk long distances, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb stairs.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with VTS Resident App, parcel locker systems, and Yardi.

Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
Salary Range
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
$43,890.00 - $65,830.00This position is eligible for an attractive benefits and wellness package and an incentive opportunity of: 7%
