Bilingual Sales & Accounts Coordinator

We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Accounts Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of customer support, sales operations, and finance. You’ll be the calm, capable point of contact who keeps orders moving, customers informed, and internal teams aligned.

• End-to-end order support and customer onboarding
• Primary support for billing, payments, credits, refunds, and chargebacks
• Day-to-day customer interaction via email and phone
• Coordination of returns, RMAs, consignment checks, and backorders
• Cross-functional follow-ups to resolve issues quickly and accurately
• Support for product launches, demos, loaners, and capital equipment orders
• Sales rep onboarding/offboarding and territory transitions
• Month-end AR support, reconciliations, and audit prep

• 4+ years in B2B customer support, sales operations, or accounts coordination
• Strong order-to-cash experience
• Strong familiarity with AR an asset.
• Confidence handling complex customer situations independently.
• ERP experience (Sage preferred) and comfort across multiple payment platforms.
• Excellent english and french written/verbal communication, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with exceptional time and priority management.
• Experience working with and managing Amazon Vendor Central
