HybridKey Responsibilities:Proactively contact clients regarding missed payments and provide appropriate solutions to maintain coverageManage payment recovery processes in accordance with company guidelinesAddress policy updates, coverage changes, cancellations, refunds, and general service inquiriesRespond to cancellation requests by understanding concerns, reinforcing policy value, and identifying retention opportunitiesDeliver clear, accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathyResolve client concerns and escalate complex matters as requiredMaintain detailed and compliant documentation of all client interactionsMeet individual performance targets and contribute to team revenue goalsMonitor trends related to cancellations and payment issues and provide feedback for process improvementParticipate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and quality reviews to enhance service deliveryQualifications:– years of experience in a call centre environment (service, sales, retention, or collections)LLQP certificationStrong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster client trustExperience in insurance, financial services, or other client-facing industries preferredComfortable explaining financial matters and policy details clearly and confidentlyDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsProficient with CRM systems and client management toolsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a performance-driven environmentIf you meet the above qualifications, please
