Position OverviewPrimary objective s for this position includes greeting customers, answering phones, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and customer retention for business growth. Attending to visitors and dealing with inquiries on the phone and face to face will be required. Supplying information to customers, clients, organization and general public is essential.
The candidate we are looking for should be able to work independently with little supervision, have a positive attitude, good work ethic and a friendly, outgoing personality throughout the work day.
As a Service Receptionist, a typical day might include the following- Presents self as a professional, positive role model by demonstrating commitment to other employees, customers, and vendors
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, appointments)
- Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Assisting customers with directing them to the appropriate Service Advisor or Manager
- Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Assists walk-in clients, schedules client appointments, answers phone lines, and helps clients with questions and issues
- Welcoming office guests and directing them to the staff or office they're visiting
- Follow-up with customers about the service appointments
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Experience using the Reynolds and Reynolds system
- Ability to multitask multiple priority at once
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
