Join a team dedicated to outstanding service as a Customer Service Representative specializing in B2B communication. Deliver prompt responses and solutions to customer inquiries through effective follow-up and data management.
In this key role, you will support the internal and external customer journey with focused problem-solving. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and be fluent in both English and French. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is essential for success in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries
• Assist customers with account setup and order processing
• Conduct account reconciliation and data management
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and information
• Complete project tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service
• High School Diploma required;
Bachelor's preferred
• Bilingual in English and French essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Preferred experience in business-to-business customer service
