Key Responsibilities:

• Make collection calls to prevent loan delinquency

• Conduct skip tracing for unreachable customers

• Identify and address potential loss scenarios early

• Collaborate for better customer service outcomes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in collections

• Bilingual in English and French

• High emotional intelligence and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
