Reporting to our SVP of Revenue, you will oversee customer support across channels and drive improvements based on customer feedback.
Your role is crucial for creating seamless experiences that resonate with our clients. Empathy and strong communication, coupled with a knack for problem-solving, will be vital in this engaging position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage support interactions via email, chat, and phone
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate as needed
• Enhance customer experience through proactive measures
• Analyze support metrics and identify improvement trends
• Collaborate across teams for service excellence
Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience in Customer Support, preferably in a growth-focused environment
• Background in AI support tools is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in customer service software
• Ability to communicate in at least one additional language
