Drive impactful events with United Way Greater Toronto as a Corporate Campaign Representative. Manage logistics, enhance participant experiences, and work both remotely and in person in this unique contract position.
This role focuses on event logistics, including vendor procurement, venue setup, and equipment coordination. You will be responsible for managing inquiries through the United Way Events email inbox and providing exceptional customer service to participants. As a key member of the team, you will assist with volunteer management and data entry, ensuring successful event execution and insights for improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute event logistics smoothly
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Manage event registrations and participant inquiries
• Recruit and oversee event-day volunteers
• Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
• Familiarity with event-management software (asset)
• Previous events experience is an asset
• Commitment to anti-oppressive practices
