In this important role, you serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely order processing and compliance using SAP. Your responsibilities include addressing customer service concerns, managing issues related to orders, and utilizing your analytical skills to enhance efficiency. You will also participate in performance tracking through monthly reporting and maintain detailed communication throughout the supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit and manage customer orders using SAP
• Resolve discrepancies related to stock availability
• Follow up on customer-specific order requirements
• Prepare monthly reports to track performance metrics
• Identify opportunities for policy and process improvements
Requirements:
• Experience in order management, 3-4 years preferred
• Proficient in SAP and MRP systems
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
