Starting June 28, 2026, this part-time position will run until August 29, 2026, focusing on monthly parking services. Engage with both internal and external customers, providing timely solutions while adapting to a fast-paced service environment. Your expertise in customer service and data entry will help enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Act as a brand ambassador interfacing with guests
• Optimize transaction processing and data accuracy
• Respond to inbound inquiries within service level goals
• Maintain records and manage customer accounts efficiently
Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age with G12 or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a customer service role
• 1 year data entry experience with a typing speed of 40 WPM
• Familiarity with contact center policies and CRM software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
