Your role will focus on enhancing retention and adoption across our SMB customer base.
In this role, you will direct Clio’s customer success program, implementing automated interventions and driving meaningful improvements. You will collaborate closely with various teams, manage performance metrics, and ensure the alignment of resources to optimize customer interactions. This position prioritizes AI utilization to refine workflows and elevate overall program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee digital customer success program execution
• Create and maintain playbooks for governance
• Gather program performance insights and metrics
• Partner on educational content for customer outreach
• Enhance customer engagement via structured programs
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in program management related fields
• Familiarity with customer success platforms like Gainsight
• Proven multi-tasking and detail-oriented skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for scaling success
