As the Senior Director of Customer Success Operations, you will play a crucial role in transforming operational workflows. You will partner with Product and Engineering to align priorities and execute initiatives that power growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance onboarding, billing, and support workflows

• Own and optimize the Customer Success tech stack

• Manage the Customer Success data ecosystem and reporting

• Lead the integration of AI into operational processes

• Collaborate cross-functionally for strategic implementation

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Customer Success Operations or Rev Ops

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

• Proficient in data analytics and ecosystem management

• Strong business acumen related to customer retention

• Comfortable in hybrid work settings
