As a part of ESC's dedicated team, you will handle customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions across our product offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to managing requests efficiently while ensuring high-quality service. You will primarily communicate in English and French, establishing strong connections with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Process and manage customer orders with accuracy
• Track incoming requests to ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
• Knowledge of corporate supply products
• Comfortable using computers and software
