Position: Assured Automotive Customer Service Role
Join Assured Automotive as a Customer Service Administrator, where you'll ensure exceptional customer experiences while handling administrative duties.

In this role, you will interact with customers and manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations at our repair facilities. With at least a year in the customer service sector, you will handle rental arrangements, provide timely updates to clients, and maintain accurate records. Your contributions are vital for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan effectively

• Welcome customers both in person and via phone

• Coordinate rental vehicle bookings and towing arrangements

• Update customers and insurance personnel as needed

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable accurately

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of customer service experience

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google platforms

• Valid driver’s license required
