Bilingual Customer Service Agent

ZEISS seeks a Bilingual Customer Service Agent in Toronto to manage customer interactions. Enhance client satisfaction by processing orders and addressing inquiries effectively.

In this role, you will be pivotal in answering a high volume of calls about order placements and status updates. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a significant asset, especially for supporting the Quebec market. This position requires previous call center experience, ideally with knowledge of optical lenses, to address customer concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to a high volume of customer calls daily

• Address questions, concerns, and complaints professionally

• Process and track customer orders in internal systems

• Notify customers of delays or changes proactively

• Maintain strong client relationships and account management

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; some college preferred

• 1-2 years in a call center or 3-5 years customer service

• Optical experience is a strong asset

• Typing speed of 40 wpm preferred

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
