Your proactive approach to service will ensure that customers experience timely and accurate updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for assigned customers
• Track and trace shipments, providing updates
• Setup and maintain job files accurately
• Communicate effectively with local and overseas agents
• Prepare necessary documentation including customs forms
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Customer Service or Operations
• Experience in Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain preferred
• Strong MS Office skills and documentation abilities
• Proficient in local language and English
• Understanding of Canadian Customs and Incoterms
