Be a part of Alliance One’s team as a customer care representative in Toronto, ON, offering support and resolving customer account issues effectively.
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join Alliance One as customer care representatives. This role focuses on delivering top-notch support and ensuring that solutions benefit both our customers and the organization. Engage professionally with customers, providing accurate information while creating a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in resolving account issues effectively
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through active engagement
• Provide accurate information in a friendly, professional manner
Requirements:
• At least one year of call center experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient computer skills with a minimum typing speed
• Capability to multitask across different systems
• Familiarity with US customers or auto finance is an advantage
