Key Responsibilities- Manage order lifecycle from receipt through invoicing
- Ensure customer order accuracy and timely processing
- Provide updates to B2B clients on order fulfillment
- Collaborate with logistics to maintain shipping schedules
- Tackle and resolve shipment issues promptly
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
