You will support a national loyalty program by addressing customer inquiries in both English and French. Expect to navigate various internal platforms and maintain comprehensive records of all interactions. This full-time role involves managing upward of 60 calls daily, half in French, while enjoying a motivational training program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process redemption and replacement orders accurately
• Ensure inquiries are correctly routed and resolved
• Offer support for loyalty point inquiries and site navigation
• Keep detailed records using CRM systems
• Manage a balanced call volume in French and English
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English is essential
• Prior experience in a fast-paced call center
• Competency with various technical software
• Open to feedback and personal growth
• Access to a reliable PC/laptop and Ethernet internet
