In this role, you will engage with members at our Bay Street Branch and ensure a positive experience through each interaction. Using your knowledge of Alterna’s offerings, you will manage transactions and help clients find the right products for their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process various financial transactions accurately
• Resolve client issues at the first point of contact
• Promote Alterna's products and services to members
• Assist in branch sales strategies and training
• Maintain adherence to operational policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary education or relevant experience
• Customer service or cash handling experience preferred
• Flexibility to work varying hours
• Experience as a teller is advantageous
• Familiarity with financial products and operational procedures
