Join AGF Management Limited as a Senior Bilingual Client Service Representative, providing exceptional support to financial advisors and investors. Work remotely and engage in a team-oriented environment while delivering solutions in both languages.
In this role, you'll act as the primary contact, addressing advisors' and investors' queries effectively. You'll need experience in financial services, outstanding communication skills, and a dedication to customer service. The role involves keeping abreast of AGF's diverse products while working in shifts from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide insight for account and product inquiries
• Resolve requests over the phone in either English or French
• Establish positive relationships with clients
• Keep knowledge of AGF’s offerings current
• Contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education, Canadian Securities Course preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a financial contact-center
• Exceptional listening and speaking skills in both languages
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Strong desire to grow and improve personal skills
Deliver excellent service while supporting AGF's mission and values.
