Primadonna is looking for a Maître d'to join that team that will be responsible for creating a positive guest experience that begins with a proper greeting to influence the guest's first impression. You are a critical member of the team and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive first and last impression. The team always go out of their way to take care of our guest’s special requests.

Duties and Responsibilities- Greet customers as soon as they walk through the door.
- Provide patrons with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods.
- Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment.
- Seat guests.
- Assist with opening/closing tasks and extra task as needed.
- Rotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for waitstaff.
- Answer phones and schedule reservations.
- Experience with luxury dining environments.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Great with time management and multitasking.
- Works well under pressure.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in a similar role.
- Must successfully complete the restaurant's training course.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
