Position Overview

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Hiring energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors (BAs) and Team Leads (TLs) to support an exciting live activation representing a travel brand at game day events in and around BMO Field and the official Fan Fest (near City Place also in Toronto).

$28/hour for BA, $33/hour for TL.

• Additional paid hour per shift to complete pre-and post-event responsibilities
• Submitting reports
• Charging and organizing iPads
• Team coordination and check-in/check-out duties

• Approach and interact with event attendees
• Conduct iPad-based guest surveys
• Encourage participation and create positive guest experiences
• Distribute branded swag to guests upon survey completion
• Assist with booth upkeep and event setup/take-down

• Lead and support a team
• Ensure staff are on time, in uniform, and fully briefed
• Oversee booth operations and troubleshoot onsite issues
• Manage reporting and device organization
• Act as the main point of contact during shifts
• They will also conduct surveys and act as a BA member

Shifts run from June 11th - July 19th and range from 6-10 hours in length, structured around various game times.
