Position: Bilingual Client Experience Officer

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Client Experience and revolves around operational support and client interaction. Duties encompass everything from daily transactions to troubleshooting banking issues and educating clients on products. You will be responsible for maintaining accuracy and adhering to compliance standards, ultimately fostering positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

• Provide assistance with account balances and online services

• Troubleshoot and escalate technical problems when necessary

• Guide clients in using banking products and digital tools

• Help maintain detailed records within CRM systems

Requirements:

• A college diploma or equivalent is required

• At least 1-2 years in a banking or financial services role

• Proficient in digital banking and CRM systems

• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required
