As a Bilingual Customer Care Associate, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction. You'll engage with customers via phone and email, addressing their needs and resolving issues while meeting key performance targets. Additionally, you will facilitate training efforts, supporting the development of fellow associates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and log customer calls and emails efficiently
• Provide clear solutions for customer questions and complaints
• Maintain a high level of customer professionalism
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators during service
• Conduct coaching sessions for new team members
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service or call-center experience
• Preference for candidates with corporate experience
• Bilingual in English and French, verbal and written
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong independent problem-solving skills
