Based in Toronto, IFDS seeks a Client Operations Specialist dedicated to providing exemplary service for international and offshore clients. Your expertise in financial transactions and client relationship management will ensure effective delivery commitments are met. Responsibilities also include managing inbound/outbound communications and overseeing complex transactions with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster positive client relationships and manage service agreements
• Execute and manage all trade instructions accurately
• Resolve client queries through effective communication
• Analyze data for accurate reporting on service performance
• Participate in special projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of financial service experience
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Willing to work flexible schedules including holidays
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
