Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly service at the front counter and through phone interactions
• Educate members about DUCA's banking products
• Conduct outbound calls for service follow-ups
• Process member transactions with accuracy and care
• Identify and meet members' financial service needs promptly
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred
• Experience in a banking or customer service environment
• Cash handling experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer usage
