The BDC Representative plays a critical role in the dealership's Service department. This position emphasizes telephone interactions, requiring you to make 80-100 outbound calls daily while addressing customer inquiries. Success in this role ensures both customers and the business benefit from high-quality service and timely appointment scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to customers
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction after visits
• Schedule and remind customers of upcoming services
• Manage service reminders, recalls, and inquiries
• Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Experience in a dealership service department is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with technology systems
• Team-oriented with excellent time management abilities
Deliver exceptional service and build relationships as a BDC Representative with Volkswagen Midtown Toronto.
