We’re looking for crew members to join our team as Guest Services Representatives!
Exceptional front-line customer service, willing to go above and beyond for both fans and fellow crew members, possess a positive “can-do” attitude …rain or shine, the show must go on!
Job Functions:
Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty.Answer in person inquiries to resolve our customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution.Provide wayfinding assistance to guests both inside and outside of the venue.Provide information and assistance to fans who require accommodations.Proactively approach guests and adapt to customer needs ensuring that they are understood, and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations.Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.Confer with customers in person to provide information about products or services, take, or enter orders, or obtain details of complaints.Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken.Track inventory levels during show and report back to Guest Services SupervisorShow CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue.Must participate in Live Nation Canada zero waste/sustainability initiatives at the venueOther duties as assignedQualifications
Experience in working live events or customer service strongly preferredExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAcute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacyPosition requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sittingAble to work outdoors (rain or shine), among crowds and in a loud environmentA passion for live events!Available for all events scheduled at Rogers Stadium this summerAll crew members must be 18 years of age or older.

Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate: $18.50 per hour.
