This interview position serves customers by providing accurate information and assistance. Successful candidates will need to effectively manage administrative responsibilities while promoting sales and generating additional revenue. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate information to customers inquiring about services
• Manage administrative duties to ensure efficient operations
• Promote sales and generate potential incremental revenue
• Operate in a Windows PC environment for daily tasks
• Maintain high standards of customer service response
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
• Knowledge of Fed Ex services and Canadian Customs
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs; handle heavier packages
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Bilingualism in French and English for Quebec candidates
