Valet Supervisor Pearson Airport

Lead the valet operations at Toronto Pearson Airport with Indigo Park Canada. This role focuses on customer service, team supervision, and efficient management of daily valet tasks.

As a Valet Supervisor, you will report directly to the Valet Operations Manager and oversee daily services in a dynamic airport environment. Your responsibilities include ensuring operational compliance, conducting site inspections, and coaching frontline staff. A strong customer service focus is essential for addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for customer service inquiries

• Support daily valet operations with property management

• Conduct site inspections for compliance and safety

• Assist in staff scheduling and attendance tracking

• Address customer service issues promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in management or supervisory role

• Bachelor's degree in related field is an asset

• Bilingualism in English and French preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license required
