We are seeking enthusiastic Front Desk Representatives to join our highly engaged team at our midtown properties. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset. You will manage guest inquiries, oversee mail delivery, and maintain common areas to a high standard, ensuring residents feel welcomed and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and residents with professionalism
• Monitor CCTV and assist with building checks
• Help residents with booking amenity spaces
• Log resident communications and maintenance requests
• Provide access to trades and assist during emergencies
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Yardi or similar software is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting
