As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you play a pivotal role in the Supply Chain team. Your responsibility includes managing customer orders, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining high service levels. Your background in customer service and bilingual proficiency will allow you to address and resolve inquiries swiftly, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage EDI and manual order capture processes efficiently
• Process Bulk and Liquid orders within set time frames
• Track order statuses and communicate delays proactively
• Respond promptly to Esker CIM tickets and customer inquiries
• Collaborate with various departments for inquiry resolutions
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in Customer Service
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
• Experience in computerized order entry required
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
