As part of Canada’s #1 Ford retailer, you will follow up with customers after services to ensure their needs are met. Identifying and resolving concerns while documenting interactions will be a core part of your role. Collaborating closely with the service team, you'll provide timely updates and maintain a strong focus on building relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up
• Gather feedback by proactively reaching out to customers
• Identify and resolve any service issues promptly
• Collaborate with service teams to address concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills to tackle service issues
• 1-year experience in customer service preferred
• Familiarity with dealership software is an advantage
• Ability to respond to inquiries professionally and empathetically
