Position: QuadReal Guest Services Associate Role
Elevate customer experiences at Quad Real Property Group as a Guest Services Associate. Be the friendly face of the centre, eager to assist shoppers and promote our services.

You will engage directly with customers, ensuring their requests are met promptly and professionally. By maintaining a strong understanding of the centre’s offerings, you will create positive interactions and educate retailers. This role is essential in providing outstanding support during events and managing the gift card program efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person

• Maintain detailed knowledge of services and events

• Build strong connections with retailers and assist shoppers

• Support administration tasks at the Concierge Desk

• Help with special events and gift wrapping duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service roles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong planning and organizational capabilities

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Positive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
