In this Customer Service Associate role, you will manage the order inputting process using JDE, ensure SOX compliance, and maintain customer files. Your passion for service will help keep customers informed about their order status and product knowledge. Partnering with the Customer Service Team, you will uphold call standards and actively participate in inventory counts while resolving pricing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage order inputting in JDE system
• Maintain compliance with SOX processes and documentation
• Update customers on order status proactively
• Handle product returns and invoice adjustments
• Initiate outgoing calls for maximum order optimization
Requirements:
• Three years of customer service experience
• Prior exposure in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective order tracking
• Detail-oriented approach to managing customer files
• Passionate about enhancing customer experience
