In this role, you’ll report to the AWMC Customer Care Manager and take charge of maintaining donor accounts and processing transactions. Your timely and courteous responses to donor inquiries will be key in fostering relationships. Engaging in team meetings will help you share insights that drive customer care innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate donor data in AWMC systems
• Process orders and donations generated via multiple channels
• Respond to donor inquiries and oversee payment issues
• Contribute ideas during team meetings for improvement
• Assist Customer Care Manager with various initiatives
Requirements:
• Alignment with doctrinal statements of Andrew Wommack Ministries
• Preferred completion of first year at Charis Bible College
• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Outlook email management
