Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for subscriber inquiries
• Conduct outbound calls for subscriber growth and engagement
• Support documentation and collection for cost recovery
• Assist in developing presentation materials for team use
• Collaborate with internal departments for seamless service
Requirements:
• High School diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center
• Proficiency in MS Office applications required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual French/English is an asset
