In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients calling in with questions about their policies. Your Responsibilities
  • You will handle inbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policies in a professional and timely manner
  • You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and coverage-related questions
  • You will assist clients with policy updates, coverage changes, and claims procedures
  • You will recommend appropriate insurance products and services based on client needs
  • You will build and maintain strong client relationships to support loyalty and retention
  • You will keep accurate records of client interactions and update systems as needed
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in a sales or customer service environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
