At Intact, we seek a motivated individual to join our dynamic Customer Service Centre. This role focuses on effectively managing inbound claims calls, providing clear information, and delivering quality service, all while meeting daily metrics. Applicants should bring strong organizational skills and a friendly demeanor to tackle customer inquiries with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert on policies and services

• Handle inbound claims calls, applying problem-solving skills

• Document conversations accurately for claims processing

• Initiate difficult conversations with empathy

• Meet daily call centre metrics consistently

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English is mandatory

• Customer service experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Self-motivated with a resilient approach

• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
