Position: Client Services Advisor Downtown

The University of Toronto is seeking a Client Services Advisor for its Registrar’s Office. This role requires effective communication and client service skills to assist students navigating financial aid processes. With a focus on professionalism, you will answer inquiries, handle complaints, and support colleagues by providing vital information and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial aid inquiries

• Provide detailed information on financial aid policies and procedures

• Troubleshoot and resolve routine issues efficiently

• Maintain and update database records accurately

• Offer support and training to colleagues as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum three years in post-secondary admissions and financial aid

• Experience with university information systems

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and composure under pressure
