Your role helps maintain high service levels while supporting the branch's overall financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service at the front counter and via phone

• Manage member inquiries and enhance satisfaction levels

• Open new accounts and promote DUCA products

• Perform routine financial transactions efficiently

• Maintain cash balances and complete daily audits

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; undergraduate preferable

• Two years’ experience in bank or credit union setting

• Proficiency in computer systems

• Experience with cash handling important

• Strong communication and organizational skills
