In this role, you will ensure accuracy in every transaction while also uncovering opportunities to enhance Member experiences. The part-time position requires working Saturdays and showcases your ability to provide customer-centric service. Your contributions will directly support the satisfaction and loyalty of DUCA Members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet, assist, and engage Members at the front counter
• Analyze and fulfill financial needs through advisory referrals
• Complete various routine transactions accurately
• Hold proactive conversations to enhance Member services
• Stay updated on DUCA procedures and product offerings
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent educational background
• At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Proficient in cash handling and technology
• Previous sales or service experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
