Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategy for Customer Success and Support operations
• Measure and define success metrics like retention and satisfaction
• Manage 24/7 client support services and response quality
• Optimize client support processes using data insights
• Foster customer education and advocacy initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in business, technology, or related field
• At least 10 years in client success leadership roles
• Experienced in SaaS customer retention strategies
• Strong analytical and operational capabilities
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
